Shipping and Delivery

Goods will be delivered by Poste Italiane or BRT courier. For EU or UK shipments, the courier will be UPS or FedEx.

Delivery Times and Rates:

Italy: FREE shipping for orders over €79.00 (+€4.00 for cash on delivery). For orders under €79.00, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are generally 1-2 working days for most of the national territory and about 72 hours for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, Venice, Aosta Valley. The same generally applies to disadvantaged areas.

International Shipping (EU and Non-EU): Shipping costs are always borne by the buyer and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are 5-9 working days.

As soon as the package is entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. Couriers do not deliver on public holidays and pre-holidays.

In case of failed delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier will make a second attempt if within Italian territory or leave it at a collection point. For EU or non-EU countries, an email will be sent if the courier cannot find the recipient. Any costs for prolonged storage and release/redelivery will be charged to the customer.

Check upon Delivery: Upon receipt of the package, the customer is required to check the integrity of the external packaging and the correspondence of the number of packages. If the packaging appears damaged, crushed, or tampered with, we recommend signing the courier's receipt with the words "ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" and promptly reporting the incident to our customer service via email at info@bfoutdoorshop.com attaching explanatory photos.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

• Return Shipping Method: Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense for both the Italian and international markets. The customer must independently ship the package via the courier or postal service of their choice to the following address: BF SHOP - Viale Somalia, 65 - 00199 ROME (RM) - Italy
• Product Conditions: The returned product must be intact, never used outdoors, complete with original tags, and placed in its original packaging/box.
• Packaging Protection: The original brand box (e.g., TOPO Athletic, SCARPA, etc.) is an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or used directly as a shipping box. It is mandatory to place the original packaging inside an additional protective shipping box.

Size / Item Exchange Service (ONLY FOR ITALY)

If you have purchased in Italy and wish to replace the received item with another size, color, or model, we offer a fast and efficient service with simultaneous collection and redelivery by courier at a cost of only €9.90.

How to request a size exchange (Italy):

1. Check our online store to ensure that the new size or desired product is available.
2. Send an email to info@bfoutdoorshop.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods, specifying the order number, the item you intend to return, and the new size/item you wish to receive.
3. You will receive an email with instructions for settling the €9.90 contribution (and any product price differences).
4. Our courier will arrive at your address to deliver the new item and simultaneously collect the old package (already packed and sealed).

Note for international customers: For orders shipped outside Italy, the simultaneous exchange service for €9.90 is not active. To make a size exchange from abroad, the customer must independently return the original product for a refund and proceed with a new order on the website.
