Terms of sale

Once the customer has placed the order, BF SHOP di Sanzi Gabriele will receive an email notification with the order confirmation number and a summary of the items and any shipping costs.

For purchases over €79.00, shipping is free only within Italy (+€4 for cash on delivery).
The return is at the customer's expense for any amount.

For shipments to foreign countries , including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and non-EU countries, shipping costs are always paid by the customer and are calculated automatically based on the destination country. Returns are the customer's responsibility.

Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of the BF SHOP company of Sanzi Gabriele .
The customer is required to verify the description, quantity of items, prices, and shipping address, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
The images of the items are indicative. BF SHOP di Sanzi Gabriele reserves the right to modify any typing errors, informing the customer in good time in case of an order.

Immediately after the parcel is picked up by the Poste courier, we will inform the customer via email, indicating the transport document number. For EU or UK shipments, we use UPS or FedEx courier.

Payment Methods

The prices of the items displayed in our online shop include VAT .
BF SHOP di Sanzi Gabriele reserves the right to change prices without notice, while orders already confirmed will not be subject to changes.

The accepted payment methods are:

  • Advance bank transfer after receiving our order confirmation.
  • PayPal
  • Credit card
  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery option with a surcharge of €4.00 for any type of shipment) FOR ITALY ONLY


Transport and delivery

The goods will be delivered by Poste Italiane or BRT courier . For EU or UK shipments, the courier will be UPS or FedEx.

For purchases over €79.00, shipping is free.
Returns are the customer's responsibility, regardless of the amount. Returns are free for exchanges, and for "size" exchanges, we charge a €5.90 shipping fee.

After verifying the payment, your order will be sent.

Delivery times to most of Italy are generally 1-2 business days. To Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Venice, and Valle d'Aosta, the service takes approximately 72 hours .

Shipping to the EU or UK takes approximately 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to ship within 15 days.


You can check delivery times more precisely after we ship your package because you will receive an email notification of shipment with the tracking number and the name of the courier.


Couriers do not deliver on holidays and the days before holidays.

The Poste Italiane courier will attempt to deliver your package twice if you're not found on the first attempt.
The package will then be placed in storage : in this case, we will notify you by email with instructions on how to collect it. Storage costs and any subsequent delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For deliveries outside the EU or UK, failure to deliver must be verified at the time based on the notifications the courier sends us.

Upon delivery of the goods, check the integrity of the packages and the quantity corresponding to what is indicated on the invoice or delivery note.
In case of discrepancy, report the problem to BF SHOP within three days by email to: info@bfoutdoorshop.com


If the goods are damaged, follow the same procedure.
Any reports received after 3 days will not be taken into consideration.
For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is written.

Size or Item Replacement Service

If the item you just received isn't the right size or you simply want to exchange it for another, don't worry: we'll replace it!

  1. Check the website and choose what you would like in exchange (smaller size, larger size, different color, different item…).
  2. Send an email to info@bfoutdoorshop.com indicating the item in the color, size, and price you are returning, and then specify the item in the color, size, and price you would like in exchange.
  3. You will receive a reply email explaining how to pay any price differences.
  4. The "new" item is shipped immediately. When the courier delivers it, you return the old one: we're super fast.

NB: the replacement request must be made within one week of receiving the goods .

In the event of a holiday or vacation closure, parcel shipments will be suspended until reopening.
It is still possible to make purchases and check actual delivery times from the banner on the home page.

Warranty and assistance

All products purchased from us are covered by a 24-month warranty .

If you have any problems, simply contact us by email at bfmountainshop@gmail.com: we are at your disposal.

Only in the event of a defective item, the buyer has the right to a replacement with an item of equal or equal value within 10 days of receipt, communicating the problem in detail via email and, if necessary, with explanatory photos.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (with all tags attached), complete with all its parts and without any signs of tampering, and carefully packaged.

Right of withdrawal from purchase

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return the purchase (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 | Consumer Code and subsequent amendments and additions) and receive a refund of the amount spent.
Please notify us by sending an email to info@bfoutdoorshop.com containing all the necessary information to properly process your return and refund request.

The withdrawal request must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Used products without tags and/or labels will not be accepted.
