Terms of Sale

Once the customer places an order, BF SHOP di Sanzi Gabriele will receive an email notification, indicating the order confirmation number and a summary of the items and any shipping costs.

For purchases over 79.00 Euros, shipping costs are free only within Italian territory (+4 Euros for cash on delivery).
Returns are at the customer's expense for any amount.

For shipments to foreign countries, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and non-EU countries, shipping costs are always borne by the customer and are automatically calculated based on the destination country. Returns are at the customer's expense

Order acceptance is at the discretion of BF SHOP di Sanzi Gabriele.
The customer is responsible for verifying the description, quantity of items, prices, and shipping address, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
Item images are illustrative, and BF SHOP di Sanzi Gabriele reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, informing the customer in time in case of an order.

Immediately after the package is picked up by the Poste courier, we will inform the customer via e-mail, indicating the waybill number. For EU or UK shipments, we use UPS or FedEx couriers

Payment Methods

The prices of the items displayed in our online store are VAT included.
BF SHOP di Sanzi Gabriele reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, while already confirmed orders will not be subject to changes.

Accepted payment methods are:

• Bank transfer in advance after receiving our order confirmation.
• Paypal
• Credit card
• Cash on delivery (cash on delivery with an additional charge of 4.00 Euros for any type of shipment) ONLY FOR ITALY

Shipping and Delivery

Goods will be delivered by Poste Italiane or BRT courier. For EU or UK shipments, the courier will be UPS or FedEx.

For purchases over 79.00 Euros, shipping costs are free.
Returns are at the customer's expense for any amount. For item exchange, returns are free, and for "size" replacement, we ask for a shipping contribution of 5.90 Euros.

After payment has been verified, your order will be dispatched.

Delivery times across most of Italy are generally 1-2 working days. In Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Venice, Aosta Valley, the service takes approximately 72 hours.

Shipments to the EU or UK take approximately 5-7 working days. We reserve the right to ship within 15 days.

You can verify delivery times more precisely after we send the package because you will receive an email notification of the shipment with a tracking number and courier name.

Couriers do not deliver on holidays and pre-holidays.

The Poste Italiane courier will attempt to deliver your package twice if you are not found on the first attempt.
Subsequently, the package will be held at the depot: in this case, we will notify you by email explaining how to collect it. The costs of storage and the respective new delivery charges are borne by the customer.

For deliveries outside the EU or UK, non-delivery must be verified at the time, depending on the notifications sent by the courier.

Upon delivery of the goods, check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative correspondence with what is indicated on the invoice or DDT.
In case of discrepancies, report the problem within three days to BF SHOP via email at: info@bfoutdoorshop.com

If the goods are damaged, follow the same procedure.
Any report beyond 3 days will not be considered.
For every declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is written.

Size or Item Replacement Service

If the item you just received is not the right size or you simply want to exchange it for another, don't worry: we'll replace it!

1. Check the website and choose what you would like in replacement (smaller size, larger, different color, different item...).
2. Send an email to info@bfoutdoorshop.com reporting the item by color, size, price that you are returning and then specify the item by color, size, price that you would like in exchange.
3. You will receive a reply email explaining how to pay for any price differences.
4. The "new" item is immediately dispatched. When the courier delivers it to you, you return the old one: we are very fast.

NB: the replacement request must be made within one week of receiving the goods.

In case of closure for holidays or festivities, package shipping will be suspended until reopening.
It remains possible to make purchases and check actual delivery times from the banner on the homepage.

Warranty and Assistance

All products purchased from us are covered by a 24-month warranty.

Simply, if there are problems, contact us via email at bfmountainshop@gmail.com: we are at your disposal.

Only in case of a defective item, the buyer has the right to a replacement with an identical item or one of equal value within 10 days from the date of receipt, communicating the problem in detail via email and, if necessary, with explanatory photos.
The item must be returned in its original, intact packaging (with all tags), complete with all its parts, and without any signs of tampering, carefully packed.

Right of Withdrawal from Purchase

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can withdraw from the purchase (as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 | Consumer Code and subsequent amendments and additions) with a refund of the amount spent.
Notify us by sending an email to info@bfoutdoorshop.com containing all necessary and useful information for correct processing of the return and refund.

The withdrawal request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Used products, without tags and/or labels, will not be accepted
