1. Terms of Sale
Once the customer places an order, BF SHOP by Sanzi Gabriele will receive an email notification with the order confirmation number and a summary of the items and any shipping costs.
- Shipping within Italy: Shipping costs are free for purchases over €79.00 (+€4.00 for cash on delivery payment).
- International Shipping (EU, UK, and Non-EU Countries): Shipping costs are always borne by the customer and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country. International shipments are entrusted to express couriers (UPS / FedEx).
- Returns Management: Return shipping costs for any order (national or international) are entirely at the customer's expense.
Order acceptance is at the discretion of BF SHOP by Sanzi Gabriele.
The customer is required to verify the description, quantity of items, prices, and shipping address, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
Item images are indicative. BF SHOP by Sanzi Gabriele reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, informing the customer in advance if an order has been placed. Immediately after the package is picked up by the courier, we will inform the customer via email, providing the tracking number. For EU or UK shipments, we typically use UPS or FedEx couriers.
2. Payment Methods
The prices of the items displayed in our online store are VAT included.
BF SHOP by Sanzi Gabriele reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, while confirmed orders will not be subject to changes.
Accepted payment methods are:
- Bank transfer in advance after receiving our order confirmation.
- Paypal
- Credit card
- Cash on delivery (cash on delivery method with an additional €4.00 charge for any type of shipment) ONLY FOR ITALY
3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and current European directives, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:
To initiate the return process, the customer can:
- Use the specific digital Return Request function available on our website at the bottom of the page under "Return Form" or use the return request banner that arrives with the purchase confirmation email.
- Send an explicit communication via email to: info@bfoutdoorshop.com indicating the order number and the items to be returned.
Return Conditions and Shipping:
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is entirely at the customer's expense and responsibility, who can choose their preferred courier. BF SHOP does not provide return labels or organize home pickup for standard returns.
- Product Integrity: The product must be returned in perfect condition, never used outdoors, unwashed, complete with all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Original Packaging Protection: The product's original box (e.g., TOPO Athletic, SCARPA box, etc.) is considered an integral part of the item. The product and its original box must be placed inside an additional protective shipping box. It is strictly forbidden to apply adhesive tape or shipping labels directly to the original brand packaging.

Warranty and Assistance
All products purchased on BF SHOP are covered by the 24-month Legal Guarantee of Conformity in accordance with the Consumer Code.
In case of non-conformity or defective products, the customer is invited to immediately contact our customer service via email at info@bfoutdoorshop.com, attaching a detailed description of the problem and explanatory photographic material. If the defect is confirmed, the customer will have the right to restore the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement without additional costs, or to a refund according to legal terms.
