The classic-design boot for challenging trails, stable and comfortable. ZG TRK GTX WMN is a boot that hugs the foot, thanks to four differentiated padding zones.
The model is characterized by: an upper design that reinforces and supports the lateral ankle area, an anatomical heel for a more precise fit and containment while walking, and an anti-abrasion toe cap. The sole consists of a Bi-density polyurethane midsole, which provides support and stability while ensuring shock absorption and lightness, and a Vibram® XS TREK EVO compound outsole. This model is suitable for trekking enthusiasts who desire a high-performance, durable, and reliable boot.
UPPER
Made of water-repellent suede leather, with a gusset, Flex Point, and collar made of elastic water-repellent fabric. The 3D TPU toe cap provides structured forefoot protection, while the TPU Heel Tension system ensures containment and stability in the heel area.
LACING
Newly designed "Speed Lacing" system, featuring bi-component hardware made of lightweight steel and plastic. The advanced lacing to the toe is divided into two sections: the lower part, equipped with eyelets, allows for quick lace sliding and immediate adjustment of fit volumes in a single movement; the upper part is equipped with a lace lock that separates tension zones and features hooks for a homogeneous and progressive wrapping of the ankle, ensuring a comfortable and constraint-free fit.
LINING
The GORE-TEX ePE membrane ensures excellent performance and sustainability, offering waterproofing and breathability. The PFAS-free laminate, including the durable water repellent (DWR) treatment, demonstrates a commitment to responsible chemical management, also reducing the carbon footprint (according to Higg MSI).
SOLE
Salix Trek designed and developed by SCARPA in collaboration with Vibram®. A durable sole that adapts to various types of terrain, with a bi-density PU midsole for maximum comfort and lightness. The tread is made of Vibram® XS TREK rubber.
